The Big Picture
This 78,000 square foot complex is a complete community recreation center including swimming pools, locker rooms, gymnasiums, aerobics, climbing wall, sauna’s, exterior playing fields, physical rehabilitation area, 1st Tee Golf driving range and practice facility, parking area, roadways, and landscaping.
Ingenuity in Action
Due to its complex site with surrounding arroyos, placement of the building was carefully planned and analyzed. The project team weighed out many options relating to the locations of the swimming pools, utilities, golf driving range and drives.
