Project Characteristics:                
This project was the first LEED building in Pueblo, Colorado.  The project consisted of a new addition to the existing library and the challenge of implementing LEED to new construction as well as the existing building.   The use of features such as natural day-lighting, lighting controls, and the use of access flooring throughout the facility acting as an open air plenum contributed to this LEED Gold certified project.  Incorporated into this project, was the use of load bearing CMU, Glazed Curtain Wall System, Stucco and Hardi Panel exterior building finishes and the use of Standing Seam and TPO Roofing.

Contract Arrangement:                        
Project was executed under a CM / GC agreement.  We worked with the PCCLD and Humphries Poli Architects in establishing budgets at the SD, DD and CD phases of the project.

We have worked with Pueblo City-County Library District on other projects including the Robert Hoag Rawlings Library, the Lamb Branch Library, and the YMCA Satellite.
